The company is an accredited Testing Organization by Department of Labor and Employment - Occupational Safety and Health Center to conduct a "Third Party Technical Safety Inspection/Testing and Certification of Construction Heavy Equipment" in pursuant to "Section 10 of Department Order No. 13, series 1998, (Guidelines Governing Occupational Safety and Health in the Construction Industry)".
It is primarily engaged in Quality Control and Skills Training for all types of Lifting Equipment such as CRANES and CONSTRUCTION HEAVY EQUIPMENT. We do not just walk around your shop performing operational test on your overhead crane system and then give you a report stating that your crane has been properly inspected.
We do:
- Inspect the wire rope and end connections for any signs of kinking, crushing, cutting, bird-caging, corrosion, reduced diameter or any other unusual wear. Check for proper reeving and lubrication.
- Inspect the load block and hook for wear, bending, twisting, cracks, grooves, and throat
opening.
- Inspect the external parts of the hoist, trolley, framework, catwalk, handrails, etc., for broken parts, misalignment, broken welds, excessive wear, or any unusual conditions.
